Why we use C2FO

  • The C2FO marketplace is very straightforward and makes it easy to request early payment.
  • Having predictable cash flow helps when we’re investing in expensive parts.
  • We set our APR, let it go, and receive payment at least 10 days early.

“With C2FO, we know exactly when to expect payment.”

PRESIDENT

MG Communications is an independent distributor of electronic components to French and U.S. railways. The company was founded in 1987 in France and expanded to the U.S. in 2001. They specialize in hard-to-find and obsolete parts. The company keeps a significant amount of inventory on hand to be ready when a part is needed, which can be a challenge for cash flow.

Arnaud Levasseur, president of the U.S. branch, says, “It’s very cash-intensive, so having a reliable timetable for payment is very helpful for business. You can end up sitting on parts for five years before the investment pays off. With C2FO, knowing when certain payments are coming is helpful for budgeting.”
