We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our CRM team. The team is tasked with building out a strong product marketing strategy, providing key insights to critical business challenges and assessing new business opportunities through rigorous analysis of data from multiple data sources.
The Business Analyst sits within the marketing organization and will work closely with the finance, sales and tech teams to deliver data driven results and insights that inform solutions to marketing and business issues. The Business Analyst will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful analytics and insights, measuring performance behind our marketing efforts, testing and ROI analysis for our various marketing programs and campaigns. Job Duties:
Create, maintain and analyze marketing database resources used in the development of marketing programs.
Develop and design market database analysis programs to meet needs of users.
Consults with decision makers to identify and define business issues requiring marketing database analysis. Translates needs into actual analysis plans and/or experimental designs.
Reports analytical results and recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form.
Work across business teams to develop, maintain, and distribute complex dashboards/reports with value-added notes on points of interest and opportunities.
Monitor data quality and take initiative within CRM team and with Tech teams to make improvements.

Advanced proficiency in SQL with ability to design and execute advanced database queries to answer business questions.
Advanced relational database experience
Proficiency in data transformation, consolidating data from disparate sources, into data visualization of analytic findings.
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving ability.
Solid organizational and time management skills to manage workload and meet necessary timelines.
3+ year’s business analytics experience.
Proficient in advanced Excel functionality including pivot tables, lookups and other formulas, data transformation, etc.
Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent creative problem solver, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
A college degree in Business/Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or other technical or quantitative field strongly preferred.
Top 5% of class.
Prior financial industry experience
