C2FO is looking for a Credit Analyst to assist our WFC Fund team by analyzing the risks associated with extending credit to commercial borrowers. This person must be resourceful, efficient, driven and sharp. We are looking for a candidate who is excellent with both written and verbal communication. This person needs to be effective at gathering, managing and organizing information. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has had some experience with credit in prior employment.

Over the last few years, we have proven our approach and experienced tremendous growth. The WFC Fund is a wholly-owned subsidiary of C2FO. WFC is an investment fund that provides short-term working capital loans to businesses. The Credit Analyst position is a unique opportunity to gain experience with both commercial lending and the operations of an investment fund.
The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Chief Risk Officer in lending decisions and portfolio management. Prior experience in credit support is strongly desired, but ultimately we need a sharp, motivated individual who wants to join our growing team. A majority of duties will be to research, analyze and identify risks associated with extending credit.
This position will also be responsible for developing processes and reporting for credit delivery and monitoring. Ideally, this person has advanced skills with MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, in particular) and has utilized CRM databases before (Salesforce is a plus).
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Assesses the credit risk and financial strength of new and existing borrowers
Prepares financial statement spreads, trend analysis, and ratio analysis to assess cash flow
Provides recommendations to management on credit limits and pricing
Monitors performance of existing portfolio
Assigns appropriate risk score to new and existing loans
Reviews loans that have become delinquent and modifies when appropriate
Collaborates with borrowers on collections of bad debt resolution
Builds and sustains professional relationships with both internal and external customers
Develops portfolio reporting dashboards
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 2 years of credit and/or financial analysis experience
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to manage time and prioritize
Tolerance to take calculated risks
