C2FO is hiring a Web Analytics Analyst to support our product team. We have a data-driven culture, so this role requires passion, a strong vision and a desire for leadership as you will be building and molding our web analytics and analysis best practices.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes data thoroughly and collaborates with both the analytic organization and business owners to identify problems of varying complexities, uncovers business insights hidden within the data, then provides actionable business recommendations and solutions.
Performs research on the root cause of data anomalies that are uncovered through the normal course of analysis.
Produces a variety of reports, graphs, summaries and presentations that convey analytical results and align with business needs.
Demonstrates forward thinking and plans for potential roadblocks; comprehends bigger picture of the business.
Provides exceptional customer service to our internal business partners.
Bachelor’s degree (mathematics, computer science, statistics or quantitative discipline) with relevant e-commerce work experience.
Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Ability to write complex SQL to query large data platforms such as Amazon Athena, SQL server, Amazon Redshift, to obtain data necessary for analysis.
Experience with Python is preferable but not required.
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodology.
Critical thinking is a must; problem-solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions.
Excellent data visualization and communication skills to articulate the “so what” to the business owner or leadership.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and independently with minimal direction of an immediate supervisor.
