Tradeshift, the fastest growing supplier collaboration platform and C2FO, the largest market for working capital have formed a strategic partnership to expand dynamic discounting solutions to a broader network of suppliers and buyers. The partnership will provide more suppliers access to the C2FO working capital market to improve cash flow and allow more buyers to increase EBITDA by paying their suppliers early. Sandy is the founder of C2FO and serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of The Collectors Fund, a private equity fund focused on alternative asset classes. Prior to founding The Collectors Fund and C2FO, Sandy founded Perfect Commerce (fka eScout.com) and served as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2000-2006. Prior to founding Perfect Commerce, he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of UMB Bank and CEO of UMB Financial, a NASDAQ traded financial services company with assets of more than twelve billion dollars. Sandy began his career with UMB upon graduating in 1987 from Northwestern University where he majored in American History. Sandy is an active angel and venture investor and currently serves on the corporate boards of UMB Financial (NASDAQ: UMBF), UMB Bank, NIC (NASDAQ: EGOV), AXA Art USA (NYSE: AXA) and BATS Exchange, one of the largest stock exchanges in the world. Sandy and his family are active in academic, civic and philanthropic endeavors and he serves on the board of the Agriculture Future of America (AFA), a non-profit scholarship and leadership development organization which he co-founded. Sandy and his family live on a farm in Kansas City, Missouri, where they raise and care for their horses, sheep and any and all wild animals (not including their 4 children).
Sanjay leads business operations for C2FO, focusing on global marketing, growing supplier engagement, and programmatic onboarding of all corporate buyers. He brings more than 20 years of P&L, marketing and account management leadership experience to the C2FO team. He has led B2B and SMB efforts for Sprint, Network Solutions and Groupon. He has a BS in Economics, an MBA in Marketing/Finance and an MS in Communications. Sanjay resides in Overland Park with his wife, two kids and a puppy.
Chris is responsible for C2FO business in EMEA, Asia and LATAM and is based in the C2FO Hong Kong office. Prior to C2FO, Chris held key leadership positions at Atomico, AOL (advertising.com) and Bain & Co. where he focused on the development, deployment and commercialization of innovative new products and operational improvement, through to high-level strategy, across several diverse industries. In addition, Chris is a former entrepreneur and the Founder of GameReplays.org, an early eSports community founded in 2002. Chris holds a First Class Masters in Materials Science, and a PhD in High Temperature Superconductors, both from Oxford University. Chris lives with his wife and son in Hong Kong where they enjoy entertaining friends (with hopefully great hospitality).
Dru has more than 20 years’ experience working with Fortune 1000 customers to help them maximize the value of their strategic technology investments, with stints at Siebel, Oracle, SAP and Salesforce.com. As Chief Sales Officer, he oversees the global business development team and strategic partnerships for C2FO. His unrelenting drive for delivering on customers’ goals and objectives is grounded in his background as a CPA, which keeps him laser-focused on delivering quantifiable value. He specializes in building teams known for their thought leadership, collaboration and long-term commitment to the success of their customers. Dru is on the Board of Directors for Mission Adelante, a local organization that supports immigrants coming to the United States. A lifelong Kansas City resident, he spends most of his free time with his family and enjoys the outdoors, hunting whenever possible.
Kevin is responsible for setting and driving the C2FO platform product vision. Kevin brings 18+ years of high-tech experience to the team, and a strong track record of leadership roles in successful companies including Mass Relevance, Bazaarvoice, and SportsMEDIA Technology Corporation, where he won 2 Emmy awards. He has a BS degree in Computer Science from Duke University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. As recent transplants from Austin, Kevin, his wife, and three elementary school children are looking forward to experiencing all that Kansas City has to offer.
Pete is the technical co-founder at C2FO and continues to guide evolution of the company’s software platform by applying over 10 years’ experience building and maintaining large-scale transactional web applications. Prior to joining C2FO, Pete worked as a senior engineer for Impart Media deploying digital advertising products and before that was both a consultant for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and a developer in Amazon.com’s Enterprise Websites division. Pete lives with his wife and son in Seattle and tries to keep up a steady practice of Bikram Yoga.
Erin serves as Chief Investment Officer of the WFC Fund, an alternative funding option for businesses, and also serves as a member of the C2FO executive committee. Previously, Erin served as lead portfolio manager at the Kansas City-based Fountain Capital Management where she specialized in high-yield and leveraged loan investment strategies. Erin also has served in research and analyst roles for small and mid-cap value equity teams at Strong Capital Management and at McCarthy Capital Management. Erin was a member of the Women’s Golf Team at Indiana University, where she earned a BS in Finance with an Honors Designation. After graduation, she spent two seasons playing professional golf in the U.S. and Asia.
