Information we collect stays with C2FO. Any company or User information collected by C2FO will only be used to improve your C2FO experience. This Privacy Policy describes how C2FO collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Pollen, Inc. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.c2fo.com website (“Site”) and our service (C2FO). Pollen Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. Pollen Inc. has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Pollen Inc. is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, we are subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Information Related to Data Collected through the C2FO

C2FO collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

Choice

We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.

Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer

C2FO may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.

Access to Data Controlled by our Clients

C2FO acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. C2FO has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to C2FO’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests C2FO to remove the data, we will respond to their request within a reasonable timeframe.

C2FO will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. C2FO will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Governing Language 

This Privacy Policy is entered into in the English language.  Any translation prepared for any reason shall be a non-binding accommodation of no legal effect, and the English version of this Privacy Policy shall govern.  All communications with respect to this Privacy Policy shall be in the English language.  Without limiting the generality of this provision, User acknowledges that: (i) it shall not assert any claim based upon any translation or any discrepancy or purported discrepancy between such translation and this English-language version of this Privacy Policy; and (ii) any such translation shall not be used to interpret this Privacy Policy.
